By using Beyond the Number Academy Tutoring services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before engaging in our tutoring services.

1. Services Provided
Beyond the Number Academy Tutoring offers personalized tutoring services for mathematics. Services are offered on an hourly basis, and specific tutoring plans (e.g., multiple session packs) can be arranged as needed.

2. Payment
All tutoring service payments are securely processed through Wix Payments and must be completed prior to booking. We do not store any sensitive payment information. Payments are solely for tutoring services and are securely managed through Wix Payments to ensure privacy and security.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 12 hours’ notice.

4. Session Length and Availability
Each tutoring session will last for the duration agreed upon at the time of booking. Sessions are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability may vary.

5. Student Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the student to engage in the learning process, attend scheduled sessions on time, and provide necessary materials (e.g., textbooks, assignments) for each session. Failure to do so may affect the quality of the tutoring experience.

6. Limitation of Liability
Beyond the Number Academy Tutoring is not liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or other issues arising from the tutoring sessions. By using our services, you agree to release us from any and all claims related to the tutoring services provided.

7. Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of our students and will not share any personal information collected during the course of tutoring sessions with third parties, except when required by law or with your consent.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically for updates.
